We are approved to accept Aetna, United Heathcare, Oscar Health, Oxford through Headway.co
We do not accept insurance for couples or marital counseling. This service is private pay only.
We are not able to accept Medicaid or Medicare.
Rates for private pay counseling:
$200 for initial sessions (90 minutes)
$140 per 60-minute session for individual sessions
$180 per 60-minute session for couples
Typically couple sessions require additional time, however we allow our clients to decide on extended session scheduling. and rates available on pre-arranged basis.
We offer a 15 phone consultation pre-scheduled in advance at no charge.
Court appearances are billed in advance at a minimum of 3-hour individual rate per appearance. Letters requested for court or other entities are billed in advance at 1-hour individual rate per letter
Payment Policy
Electronic payment via $Cash app or Zelle is requested prior to each session.
Cancellation Policy
We respect and reserve the time scheduled for your session and thus it is not available to others. Therefore, we request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule. We ask that you call, text or leave a voicemail message no later than 24 hours before your session is scheduled. No email cancellations, please. We do not monitor email during sessions. Late cancellations or no-shows fee is $100 and sessions cannot be rescheduled until the fee is paid. First session no-show or late cancellations will not be rescheduled. We honor your trust in our services, and expect that our time is respected as well.
